Led by Dr. Darla Bishop, a nationally recognized financial wellness expert featured in Essence and Yahoo Finance, this session takes a practical, cash-flow first approach to building a business that can actually sustain you. Participants will work through a simple framework to calculate their income target, map current cash flow, and create a basic money plan during the session.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their real numbers, as this is an interactive working session focused on clarity, confidence, and actionable next steps. No finance background is required. Participants will leave with a starter cash-flow plan they can immediately apply to their business.
